To be exact, I am a highly intuitive, 51% introvert, 49% extrovert, assertive, minimal judging objective logical human being. Yes, that was a mouthful, but hear me out.
I am a master's degree holder in renewable energy engineering after doing a bachelor's in geophysics/geology. My passion for a cleaner future began after graduating in 2017 and heading to Nigeria. I saw the issues that were unfolding regarding, energy, the environment, and society's health. Plastic bags floating in the air, bottles polluting the water systems, and ultimately the scarce supply of electricity generated for the nation. Evidently, this pushed me into researching everything about renewable energy from February 2017 to present.
When I set a target for myself, even if it will take longer than planned, it has to be achieved no matter what. The issue of a cleaner future is not only a target, but it is a challenge that we are all facing and one that I personally intend to leave a footprint in. When I am not thinking about renewable energy ideas I am thinking about renewable energy ideas --- that is just how much I want to make a difference. And, of course the occasional enjoyment of watching Formula 1 (McLaren ALL THE WAY) and the Premier League (Go, Arsenal..... right?).
There is certainly more for me to learn within the energy industry, plenty of problems to be solved, and more obstacles to overcome (jokingly pointing at the oil and gas industry). On a more serious note, I do love that what keeps me up at night is the drive to help create a greener future for our world --- at least before we start hitchhiking to Mars.
